Refund Process for UPI Payments

Refunds for payments made via PhonePe or any online method will be processed back to the original payment method (PhonePe wallet, UPI, or linked bank account).

Refunds are generally processed within **7 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that the exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected and approved. Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you within **3-5 business days** Timeframe.
