Goods Return Policy:

At RNV Sports, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Goods once sold can only be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging and invoice. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Product Pricing and Updates:

All product designs, prices, and MRPs displayed on the website or catalog are subject to change without prior notice. This ensures we stay aligned with market trends and supplier pricing policies.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only for products that meet our return policy guidelines. Refunds will be initiated via the original payment method. For online transactions via PhonePe, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For any delays, contact our customer support team at support@rnvsports.com.

Online Payments and Payment Gateway Policy:

All online transactions are securely processed through the PhonePe payment gateway, ensuring the safety of your personal and financial information.

Approval of payments is subject to authorization by your bank or financial institution. Any payment failure due to incorrect details or insufficient funds will not be the responsibility of RNV Sports.

Additional verification or authentication steps by the payment gateway may occasionally cause delays in transaction processing. In such cases, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Legal Jurisdiction:

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from purchases, transactions, or returns will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.

Taxes and GST Compliance:

GST will be charged on all purchases as per applicable laws. All MRPs listed on our website include taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Packaging Policy:

RNV Sports provides standard packaging free of charge for all orders. Requests for custom or gift packaging will incur additional charges, as communicated at the time of purchase.

Product Warranty:

Unless explicitly mentioned, no warranty or guarantee is provided for the products sold by RNV Sports. Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds for canceled or returned orders are processed within 7 working days of approval. If the refund does not reflect in your account within this timeframe, please contact us at refunds@rnvsports.com with your order details.
